  • What is bank account?

    A bank account is a financial account maintained by a bank or other financial institution in which the financial transactions between the bank and a customer are recorded.

  • How do I activate my card?

    To activate your card by mobile banking, you must: Call on your bank's phone banking number. Speak with a customer service employee at your bank. Once connected, follow the directions provided to you during the phone call to activate your debit card.

  • How do I change my password?

    Login to your online banking account, click on the OPTIONS tab and then click Personal. In personal, browse down to the Modify Login Information section. You can modify your ID and/or Password. Type your current password in the Enter Current box and type a new password in the next two boxes.

  • How do I transfer funds another to account?

    Use our mobile banking platform or call our customer service line.
